There are many ways to arrive in Kenting and the Red Garden Resort, listed below are some basic instructions.

◎ By Car

Two main routes exist now when traveling South, Freeway #1 or Freeway #3.

◎ By Freeway #1

To Siaogang, Kaohsiung take #17 to Shueidilao to #1 to Fonggang, to #26 onto Kenting.

◎ By Freeway #3

Leave at Nanjhou interchange join #1 to Shueidilao to Fonggang, to #26 onto Kenting.

◎ By Bus

Several bus companies run regular service to Kenting from downtown Kaohsiung or Kaohsiung Airport. The same bus service also leaves from Taipei train station.

From HSR Zuoying station、Kaohsiung train station or Fangliao train station：Pingtung Transport/ Kaohsiung Transport/ Chung Nan Company.(No. 9188)
From HSR Zuoying station or Fangliao train statoin：Taiwan Tourist Shuttle company.(No. 9189)
From Kaoshiung International Airport：Pingtung bustour Airport Express.(No. 臨918)

◎ By Train

From the north, two service are available, by the new High Speed Railway (HSR) Taiwan Railways Administration (TRA). The TRA service runs the closest service to Kenting, alight at Fangliao station, from here you must take a bus.

◎ By Plane

Regular flights from most domestic airports in Taiwan have connections to Kaohsiung Airport, from here bus service is available direct to Kenting.

There is an alternative available but flights are often cancelled if bad weather exists. From Taipei domestic airport flights to Hengchun (Wuliting) airport and from there connecting bus to Kenting and major hotels.
